This facility provides rehab services for those who have had surgery or need other long-term care. Services are available 24 hours a day. Patients can get speech and physical therapy. Crossroads Center Medical & Dental Clinic provides health services to those in need. This clinic is not a walk-in clinic. Patients are seen by appointment only. Services are for low-income, uninsured persons. Please call or visit the website to learn more.

David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health provides Crossroads. They provide individuals help with addiction by offering affordable treatment. Please call or visit website for more information.

This agency has numerous services for those who have drug or alcohol dependencies. They have both inpatient and outpatient treatments. They have educational programs that have the aim of preventing drug and alcohol abuse.

Anyone can make a referral. New patients can walk in or make an appointment to do the initial assessment before being admitted. Each patient gets an individualized plan of action. Florida Medicaid and many insurance plans are accepted. There are payment plans for those who do not have insurance.

After treatment is complete, each patient gets follow up services.
There are inpatient residences for women, men and those going through drug detox. They have 24-hour, seven days per week supervision.

Daystar Life Center offers prescription assistance. This is for clients who do not have insurance. They can also help with co-pays on doctor visits on an emergency basis. Please call for more information.
