Help Now of Osceola, Inc. provides temporary safe shelter for victims of domestic violence facing imminent danger. The location of the shelter is confidential. Visitors, residents, and staff must sign and upload a confidentiality statement. This will prevent them from telling the location of the shelter. Help Now will neither confirm nor deny whether any person is staying at the shelter. Children may stay with residents.

HEP offers up to 90 days of temporary housing and support services for those in need. The Emergency Dormitory provides beds for single adults. There is an emergency shelter for families. This housing complex offers new, fully furnished one-bedroom apartments. They are for both male and female Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans. Clients must have a need for supportive housing.
