Social Security - Ticket to Work

The Ticket to Work Program is available to most Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities who meet certain criteria. SSA notifies those who are eligible to participate in the Ticket Program by issuing them a Ticket. Those receiving a Ticket are referred to as Ticket-holders. More than 11 million Ticket-holders are eligible to participate in this nationwide program and many are already working.

St. Barnabas House

St. Barnabas House provides safe housing. It is for people and families who are experiencing homelessness or who could potentially become homeless. They help people become independent. This program lasts from three to six months. Please call 850.763.0475 or visit the website to learn more.

St. Vincent de Paul Cares Program(SVdP)- Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Pasco

St. Vincent de Paul Cares Program(SVdP) is a place where those in need are welcome to come for help. The staff and volunteers are committed to person-to-person service.

All services are based on partnership with other providers in the community. The goal is to help the individual toward self-sufficiency.

The Center helps individuals with an initial job search, referrals to community job programs, and GED studies. They can help with social security or getting IDs, or simply getting respite from the elements.

The center also offers a mail drop for clients, hot drinks and snacks.

Clients can consult with an on-site nurse for medical advice and appropriate treatment. You will need an appointment.

Men can get a referral to transitional housing.
