EyeCare America’s Senior Program helps seniors aged 65 and older protect their vision. It connects them with local, volunteer eye doctors. This Care Center provides end-of-life care. It focuses on the physical and social care of each patient, as well as the spiritual and emotional care. There are services for family members as well.
