To qualify for the various services, the client must be 60 years of age or over. They must also be functionally impaired. Fees are based on a sliding-scale. Get Help with questions about: Medicare, Medicare supplements, Medicaid, Prescription assistance, Long-term care insurance, and Medicare fraud. Meet with a SHINE volunteer at area counseling sites or by telephone. We can do home visits for those who are housebound.
