This program is called SHINE for short. It is a free service. The program has counselors that can help clients navigate Medicare. This will let clients make informed decisions about coverage. Shelter - The Path of Citrus County
This group provides shelter. It is for men, women, single parents with their children, and families. They also offer long-term programs. These programs strengthen life-skills. Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program: Ocala - Volunteers of America
This program provides temporary and supportive services for Veterans and Veteran families with low or no income. The goal of the program is to promote housing stability through assistance and support services to homeless persons or those at risk of homelessness. The Connect Program - Healthy Start of Central & North Florida Coalitions

The Salvation Army of Ocala/Marion County Florida - Center of Hope
Services include shelter, clothing vouchers, hygiene needs and meals.
Working with other local agencies, we also provide counseling and other help.
The Salvation Army of Ocala/Marion County Florida - Emergency Shelter
For the homeless and victims of tragedies, The Center of Hope provides a critical safety net for them. Emergency shelter is available for men, women, and children. There are 42 beds in the men’s dorm and 19 in the women’s dorm. They offer three rooms for short term occupancy for families with children. Call for more information.
The Salvation Army of Ocala/Marion County Florida - Pathway of Hope

This group offers Veterans Direct Care. It is called VDC for short. This program is for veterans who need help with daily living activities.
