Types of Assistance Available:
This program helps victims of crimes committed by Florida inmates. Through the VINE program, victims can sign up for an automatic notification service. Anyone may call the toll-free number to get an inmate's current location and release date. You may also register to learn when an inmate is released, transferred, escapes or dies. This agency offers the (VPK) Voluntary Prekindergarten program. This program is for Florida children who are four years old. Offers services for students with special needs as well. Please call or visit the website for more information.
The Women's and Children's Shelter has 62 beds. They have a warm and safe environment. The services are for women and their children that are experiencing homelessness. Check in begins at 4:30 PM daily. This continues until the facility is full.

This is a federally funded nutrition program. They give healthy food, and they teach and give counseling about nutrition. They also give breastfeeding support. They can refer you to healthcare services. Their services are free of charge.

This is a charter school that combines school and work experience for its students. 11th and 12th grade students spend part of their week working in a paid job. The other part of the week is spent in classes studying subjects needed for graduation. Students complete the same graduation requirements set by Orange County Public Schools.
