This program helps pregnant women and those in between pregnancies. They help infants and children up to the age of three. They get health care and the social support they need. They try to reduce the risks of poor health outcomes for mother and child.

This group has the Benefit Connection Outreach Program. It helps with SNAP applications. They do the interview in person with you instead of over the phone. They can also scan and send your documents to DCF. After, they may continue to offer help with information and referrals. Their services are free of charge. This group has help for people who have been in jail and struggle with substance abuse. They must not have committed violent crimes.
