Services and Programs Include:
This is a group home for girls ages 13 to 18. They are placed here by DCF because of abuse or neglect at home. Some girls are also placed by their parents due to stressful family situations. The program focuses on helping the girls learn independent living skills, such as education, job skills, money management, and problem solving. They also receive individual therapy and group therapy from licensed therapists.

Turning Point is a shelter that helps people with substance abuse problems. It offers detox and support services for homeless individuals. The shelter takes in adults who are drunk and coming straight from the street. It provides a place to stay, including cold night shelter, for those who haven’t started recovery yet.
