Homeless Outreach Partnership Effort (H.O.P.E.) Team

This group runs the Homeless Outreach Partnership. It is also known as the H.O.P.E. Team. The main goal is to engage and build trust with people experiencing homelessness.   • Linkage to VA Services for Veterans
  • Help in Accessing Mainstream Benefits
