This Care Center provides end-of-life care. It focuses on the physical and social care of each patient, as well as the spiritual and emotional care. There are services for family members as well. The Care Center is there for those who can no longer live in their home. They have 16 beds and all the comfort of home, along with full hospice services. Anyone may call the toll-free number to get an inmate's current location and release date. You may also register to learn when an inmate is released, transferred, escapes or dies.
