Collier County Health Department provides Birth Certificates. Birth certificates are issued for the years 1930 to the present for births within the State of Florida. This agency offers the Birth to Three program. It offers early intervention services. These services help make sure a child is on track developmentally. They are for children up to three years of age. The children might be at-risk for developmental delays for a variety of reasons. All services are free for families. Provides skills development and support. Helps prepare Veterans to reintegrate into the community. Helps maintain permanent housing of their choice. On-site staff ensure the Veterans access needed:

Provides individualized therapy services and group counseling. Geared to meet each person’s needs, under the supervision of a licensed therapist. It is open to consumers and community residents who have Medicaid or wish to self-pay. Contact for more information.

Provides individuals who have been homeless, have a mental illness and often a co-occurring substance abuse disorder as well, with a safe place to live. Staff build relationships and encourage residents to accept treatment and obtain medical care. Once residents are ready for mainstream services, they may choose to enter permanent housing and treatment programs. Contact for more information.

United Way offers workshops as part of the Born Learning program. These workshops help parents explore ways to enhance their child's development. UWNF provides parent education workshops that are simple, fun and interactive. All parents may attend. This includes those who have been court ordered to attend a parenting class. Parents with disabilities and those with low literacy levels may also come. UWNF provides information on the stages of development, nutrition, early literacy and more.
