Inpatient crisis stabilization unit for adults 18 years of age and older. Is voluntary or involuntary basis based on Baker Act criteria.

Services:
24 hour nursing care and supervision
Medical services through a physician and/or ARNP, group, individual therapy.

Hours of operation: 8:00am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
Eligibility requirements: Adults aged 18 and over who present an immediate or near future threat to themselves or others.

Interfaith Emergency Services provides Emergency Assistance. They help those that are in need. They will interview you to determine how they can help you. Proper identification is required for those going to Interfaith for help. Emergency funds are given to clients in need of medication and a variety of other services. The payment will be made directly to the provider. Call for more information.

When emergency prescriptions assistance is needed, those who qualify are given help. A 30 day supply is given through their prescription program. Interfaith gives funding for one time services. If needed, they refer the client to their Long Term Prescription program. Call for more information.

The Jefferson County Health Department provides a variety of services. Cost of services will depend on Financial Eligibility and/or Sliding Fee Scale. Medicaid and Medicare are welcome. Some services have set fees.
