GRH has four centers that offer hospice care to patients 24 hours a day. They are designed to provide a home-like atmosphere and 24 hour nursing care. They are furnished like private homes and have room for visiting family members. Patients get regular visits from doctors, social workers, chaplains and volunteers. Visitors are allowed at any time.

Chapters Health System - Children's Assistance Program (Pasco County) offers counseling for grieving children in first grade through age 18. It holds an annual summer day camp and spring weekend camp for bereaved youth. There are activities such as art therapy, team building and a memorial service.

This hospital has educational programs to the general public. There are topics on child health, safety and child advocacy. Other topics include parenting skills, child development, self-esteem, SAFE KIDS, CPR and quitting smoking. Topics for youth include weight loss for children and teen baby sitting training.
