Lealman & Asian Neighborhood Family Center - After School Programs
This center has After School programs for children in elementary and middle school. They provide a structured, safe and nurturing program for youth. Staff provide tutoring, help with homework, arts and crafts and more. Services are free, but children must be registered ahead of time. FSYR offers a summer camp for youth ages 10-15. Kids can take part in many fun activities such as canoeing, archery and swimming. They have the chance to build teamwork and peer communication skills. They can also enjoy the tranquil outdoors. Campers will have the chance to interact with law enforcement personnel and volunteers and learn other social skills. Volunteers will meet with their "Little Brother" or "Little Sister" at a near-by school or after-school site.
