Provided for students grades K-12. Florida Virtual School is an accredited school. It is also free to Florida students.
This center has After School programs for children in elementary and middle school. They provide a structured, safe and nurturing program for youth. Staff provide tutoring, help with homework, arts and crafts and more. Services are free, but children must be registered ahead of time. There is free transportation from several nearby schools for grades K-8. Please see the website for more information and times.

Gulfcoast Legal Services is a non-profit corporation. They provide free legal aid. You must be income eligible. They can help with many different legal issues.

FSYR offers a summer camp for youth ages 10-15. Kids can take part in many fun activities such as canoeing, archery and swimming. They have the chance to build teamwork and peer communication skills. They can also enjoy the tranquil outdoors. Campers will have the chance to interact with law enforcement personnel and volunteers and learn other social skills. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay provides mentoring programs for children. They offer a Site-Based Program, or a Community Based Program. Volunteers will meet with their "Little Brother" or "Little Sister" at a near-by school or after-school site. Outings can range from going for a walk, working on arts and crafts, or watching a sporting event. The agency provides free or reduced-priced tickets to various events in the community. The Parent Support Network (PSN) helps parents of children with disabilities. They provide the training and info they need for their child. PSN prepares the child for school.
