Provides skills development and support. Helps prepare Veterans to reintegrate into the community. Helps maintain permanent housing of their choice. On-site staff ensure the Veterans access needed:

Provides individualized therapy services and group counseling. Geared to meet each person’s needs, under the supervision of a licensed therapist. It is open to consumers and community residents who have Medicaid or wish to self-pay. Contact for more information.
Provides individuals who have been homeless, have a mental illness and often a co-occurring substance abuse disorder as well, with a safe place to live. Staff build relationships and encourage residents to accept treatment and obtain medical care. Once residents are ready for mainstream services, they may choose to enter permanent housing and treatment programs. Contact for more information.
Provides skills development and support to prepare individuals to reintegrate in the community. As well as maintain more permanent housing of their choice. Contact for more information.
This is a group home for girls ages 13 to 18. They are placed by DCF due to abusive and/or neglectful home settings. Sometimes they are placed privately by parents because of stressful home relationships. Program goals focus on independent living skills. This includes an education program, job skills, money management, and problem solving. Individual psychotherapy and group therapy are provided by licensed therapists.

The National Family Caregiver Support Program provides in-home support services to caregivers. For those in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. The caregiver must be for a person over the age of 60.

To grandparents or other individuals age 55 and older who serve as the primary relative caregiver of a child 18 or younger.
Support group where a coordinator will do outreach and assist the grandparent with links to community resources.
