Provides individuals who have been homeless, have a mental illness, and often struggle with substance use a safe place to live. Staff build trust and encourage residents to get treatment and medical care. Call 727.821.4819 for more information.
Safe Place is a place where youth ages 10-17 can go to get help. There are over 300 Safe Place sites in Pinellas and Manatee counties. Safe Place services are available 24/7.

Children from working families with low to moderate incomes, or families with certain risk factors, may get scholarships to attend an early learning program. To qualify, the parents' income must be less than 150% of the federal poverty level. Children from birth to 13 years old can get a scholarship. In some cases, older children with special needs may also be able to get help. Families in this program can receive:

This work release program helps ease the transition of offenders back into the community. This program serves female nonviolent offenders. Residents live for three to nine months while working at least 35 hours per week. Residents get help finding employment. They also attend counseling sessions and life skills classes.
