Project Lifesaver - Alzheimer's Family Services, Inc.

This program provides Alzheimer's or dementia patients with a GPS tracking device. If the patient gets lost or wanders off, they can be tracked by law enforcement personnel. They can usually be found in an hour. AFS will supply these devices free of charge. They will cover the monthly maintenance fee if the family cannot afford it. This group offers the Project Return program. It enhances and supports the process of helping people experiencing mental illness. And helps them recover productive and fulfilling lives.
