The Angelus consists of 5 group homes. They house severely handicapped persons who are not able to care for themselves. There is room for 40 residents. All residents have have physical challenges.

Time Out Respite Care, Inc. offers short-term care for the developmentally disabled. Respite care workers assume the responsibility of staying in a home with the disabled individual. This is to allow families to complete a variety of tasks. The program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The group does have preferred hours of between 8am and 11pm. LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP) program by SREC offers help with minor home repairs to reduce drafts, thus resulting in a lower energy bill. They have other energy-saving services as well. Please call for more information.
This agency runs several youth crisis shelters. They provide residential group care. The help is for youth between the ages of 10 and 17. These youth are runaways, homeless, or have been kicked or locked out by their parents or guardians. They may need short-term respite or crisis placement.
