A.F.I.R.E. of Pasco County - Adult Day Training

This agency helps developmentally delayed clients past the age of 22. Their goal is to promote independence so they can function within the community. Clients learn basic academics and can get computer training. They learn skills by going out into the community in small groups. They may go to the mall, library, grocery store or nursing home for hands-on learning and volunteer opportunities. They meet five days a week to reinforce everyday living skills.
