The state offers health insurance for children. From birth through age 18. It is free to apply. Enrollment is year-round. Each child is matched with the best fit of four Florida KidCare programs. Laces of Love may be able to provide shoes to low-income families and disadvantaged youth. Shoes are not given directly to families, but through referrals. They will receive their shoes from a guidance counselor or adult who made the request. Please call or visit website for more information.
