This agency offers the Birth to Three program. It offers early intervention services. These services help make sure a child is on track developmentally. They are for children up to three years of age. The children might be at-risk for developmental delays for a variety of reasons. All services are free for families. United Way offers workshops as part of the Born Learning program. These workshops help parents explore ways to enhance their child's development. UWNF provides parent education workshops that are simple, fun and interactive. All parents may attend. This includes those who have been court ordered to attend a parenting class. Parents with disabilities and those with low literacy levels may also come. UWNF provides information on the stages of development, nutrition, early literacy and more. This is a 21st Century Community Learning Center, where students can get help with reading and math, as well as gain additional skills year round with art, music, finance, career track, and recreational programs. Please see the website for more information.

This helps give students the chance to meet state and local standards in reading and math.
The Boys & Girls Club also offers character building experiences. During the school year, the Club is open from 3 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
