The Center for the Prevention of Domestic Violence (CPDV) is a “one stop shop” inside the City Hall Annex. HH court advocates help victims of domestic violence with court mandated orders. FSYR offers a summer camp for youth ages 10-15. Kids can take part in many fun activities such as canoeing, archery and swimming. They have the chance to build teamwork and peer communication skills. They can also enjoy the tranquil outdoors. Campers will have the chance to interact with law enforcement personnel and volunteers and learn other social skills. This is an addiction recovery program at the McDuff Avenue campus. Clients live on campus for about 18 months. They must make a commitment to the program which will enable them to make a new life for themselves and for their families. Clients take part in a full range of education and recovery services.
