Healthy Start/Care Coordination (Pregnant Women and Small Children)

This group gives care and home visits to pregnant women and young children. Babies get checks on their growth. Moms get advice and support on parenting, breastfeeding, and nutrition. Medicare is a health insurance program. It is for people 65 or older. Certain people under the age of 65 may be eligible. They must meet certain eligibility requirements.
