Counseling-ACT Abuse Counseling & Treatment

ACT offers counseling and treatment to victims of domestic violence, and survivors of sexual assault. Also offers help for adult survivors of child sexual assault. Their children and families are also offered services. We offer:

  • Educational groups – designed to empower
  • Focuses on developing safety plan
  • Individual counseling and therapy
  • Support groups – psycho-educational (50% support group 50% educational)

Early Steps - Children's Home Society of Florida

The agency offers the Early Steps program. This is for parents with an infant or toddler with a developmental delay. CHS works with parents to enhance their child’s development. They connect the parents with the services and resources they need. There are qualifications that must be met to participate in the program.
