This agency provides free or low-cost meals to homebound seniors who cannot prepare their own food. Services may be free depending on each person's financial needs. Meals on Wheels - Senior Resources Association

Senior Resource Association provides the Meals on Wheels program. Volunteers deliver meals to clients’ homes Monday through Friday. They do this between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. They also give a daily safety check and friendly interaction. Hot, nutritious meals are delivered to seniors’ doors – five days a week. They also offer frozen meals for the weekends. If you are homebound and have been discharged from a healthcare facility within the last 30; or, whose caregiver is going into a healthcare facility for a brief period of time, they offer Emergency Meals on Wheels.

Medicare is a health insurance program. It is for people 65 or older. Certain people under the age of 65 may be eligible. They must meet certain eligibility requirements.
