SV4Cs is in charge of the Early Head Start program. It helps children from birth to age 3 and pregnant women. Services are available year-round. The group is committed to providing infants and toddlers with enrichment. Enrichment in their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. They also support parents. This group runs four early learning centers. They provide early learning and childcare. The services are for children six weeks to five years of age. Early Steps services are based on evaluations and the family's concerns, resources and goals. Services are provided where the family and child live, learn and play. Most services will be early intervention home visits.

Early Steps is an intervention program for children who have developmental delays, disabilities, and at-risk conditions. These services are for children aged birth to 36 months. They can help your child to learn and develop so that they meet and surpass their goals. There is also help for the family of the child. There are no income requirements. Early Steps will pay for anything that is not covered by public or private insurance.
