Children ServicesEarly Steps is an intervention program for children who have developmental delays, disabilities, and at-risk conditions. These services are for children aged birth to 36 months. They can help your child to learn and develop so that they meet and surpass their goals. There is also help for the family of the child. There are no income requirements. Early Steps will pay for anything that is not covered by public or private insurance.

They also offer counseling and teach kids life skills. They help kids avoid substance abuse. They offer case management and help kids reunite with their families.
